不過，他說，目前政務官工作非常具挑戰性，這些人才是否願入閣，「進入這麼的高溫廚房」，需要努力。「我們也沒有什麼選擇」，須全力以赴，也期待未來行政部門一體，政務官和事務官一體，如果在文官體系找到適當人才，希望一起納入。
